Easy to set up, good size for a 10-15 coin collection. Feels sturdy and the light adds a good effect. Thicker coins will not fit in the slots. A good value.

Nice display, but backlights coins. Therefore, if you do not have a high ambient light in your office, you only see the silhouette of the coins. There should be a light on the front too, shining back onto the coins. That would make this perfect. Also, a black power cable would be more discreet.

I have quite a few challenge coins and I had hoped this would hold more based on the product photos, but I only managed to fit 4 on most rows, and 5 on only one of them because I had an odd shaped coin that fit on the edge. The light function is really nice and I typically just leave mine going in my office (no issues with it burning out or flickering and I literally leave it on 24/7). I wish there was a larger version that held 3x as many coins, but not sure I would like the price tag - at $40 and only holding 17 coins I would need 4 more of these to hold all of my coins and I would probably run out of space too. This would make a nice gift for someone who was just starting their military or government career and just starting their coin collection. For those of us that have been collecting for a decade or more, I would find something else to hold a bit more of your collection unless you only want to display a few favorites.
