Just what I was looking for! I like to make drip coffee using a paper filter. I have used the metal ones with built in filter which over time clog. Since this has a large opening it won't clog.

Drips down the legs and flooded the counter. Messy.Lightweight and portable but was hoping it would fit a #4 filter based on description.

Don't get me wrong. I love Snow Peak products and highly recommend them. But the difference in price between this brewer and the Snow Peak model is just too great to justify. I cannot detect any different in construction or usage between them. That being said, here are the pros and cons. Pros: packs flat, easy to expand and set up, holds a good size #2 filter, super easy to clean, will work on almost any size cup, more durable than plastic alternatives. Cons: bulky in terms of service area, slips easily on cups, especially metal ones. Bottom line: Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy way to brew pour-over coffee in the field.

What’s not to like? Just buy it all ready…It’s definitely a lot cheaper compared to other name brands and yet functionality is still high.Folds down to hand size (large hand) and weights like nothing. Any 2 cup size filter would work. If you have bigger sized filter is fine too, there would be more paper sticking out on top.Let’s be fair. By all means this is not gonna be the same thing as a Japanese ceramic one, but this is meant for outdoors. Portable. Lightweight. Simple.
