Very warm and comfortable. Does not get tacky if I get a bit too warm so must pull away moisture really good. Noticable difference between these and regular long John’s. I would get a couple more sets if they weren’t so expensive. Besides price the only other downside is when washing you have to strech them afterwards and hang them to dry. If you need something warmer than longjohns without bulking up, you’ll be glad you bought these.

I recently picked up a pair of 100% wool long johns for my husband, and let me tell you, he absolutely loves them! He’s been wearing them in below-freezing temperatures and feels perfectly warm, whether he’s outside or just lounging indoors. The best part? He doesn’t sweat or overheat, which is a huge win!He usually struggles with itchy wool fabrics, but these long johns are a game-changer—no irritation at all! He proclaimed them to be the best long johns he’s ever owned and is already asking for another pair. I followed their size chart, and it fit him like a glove!Taking care of them is a breeze too; I just toss them in the wash using cold water and lay them flat to dry. They’re ready in no time! Honestly, they’re worth every penny. I can’t wait to surprise him with another pair for his birthday!

I got these for my son to use in the winter when outside on the tractor and feeding livestock. They are true to size and fit him well. He did say one sleeve is slightly long than the other but they do the job, keeps him warm but doesn't make him too hot. Make sure to hang dry these bad boys or they will shrink!

This marino wool set is warm, lightweight and fits perfectly. I'm 6'0" and 170 lbs and the medium size fits well. I was concerned that the legs &/or arms wouldn't be long enough but I didn't want to order the large size which I was sure would be too loose. However the fit was just right. I've worn them in 0*F with -5 windchill under trekking pants and my legs were never cold. The shirt piece was just as warm under a long sleeve shirt and winter coat. I couldn't be happier with this set.

As a lifelong avid waterfowl hunter, I have hunted in many places around this country. As everyone that waterfowl hunts know, the colder and nastier the weather, the better the hunt. As a young man through middle age, I was tough and cotton longjohns were sufficient, however, now at eighty, my body simply is not as tough as it once was and I get COLD! Well, this year going on away-from-our-southern home hunts in COLD, NASTY weather, I splurged on this Marino Wool underlayment suit. FANTASTIC is the best way to rate this underlayment suit. It is lite, comfortable, and oh-so-warm! I don't know how many more years the Lord Above will grant me the ability to waterfowl hunt, but, that is how many years I will be wearing these or replacement Marino Wool Underlayments.

I bought this set specifically for a 2 night winter camping trip. I put them on to sleep in the first night I arrived at my camping spot. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit just right. I never even tried them on at all before I left on my trip. I literally took them out of the packaging and and stuffed them in my backpack the day of. I am 5' 7" 180lbs and they fit just right. They were surprisingly soft and very comfortable, considering they are wool. In fact I kept them on underneath my regular clothes for the remainder of the trip. I was surprised how thin the material was, just as thin as a cotton tshirt would be or maybe just a tad thinner. They provided the warmth and comfort I expected. I will want to try out at least the top for a winter hike, as I sweat quite a bit even on winter hikes, to test the moister wicking aspect. There was absolutely no bad smell to them as other reviews I read state, even after 2 days. I washed them after my trip in accordance with the recommended washing tips for wool clothing, and they look and feel just as day one.All in all I was very pleased with the product even though the price was slightly higher than what I think something like this should cost. I look forward to using them again!

I ordered a set of these thermals in small for my son. He said they were very warm but that the top was very small along the arm length however he had already cut out the tag as per instructions. I contacted the seller and they exchanged the top with no quibbles and very quickly. I wasn't expecting that but I was very impressed. My son is very happy with the replacement top. I would definitely recommend this product.

Es curioso, compré un conjunto completo en gris, y todo perfecto, muy buen producto. Asi que he comprado otro, este en negro, y siendo de la misma talla, el pantalón me aprieta mucho, y la parte de arriba todo lo contrario, parece algo grande.No entiendo estas disparidades con los tallajes, simplemente por cambio del color. Muy mal en este aspecto, lo iba a devolver, pero al final me lo he quedado confiando en que el tejido ceda un poco con el uso, seguramente me arrepentiré de no haberlo devuelto.Tengo pedido otro en gris, espero que sea tan bueno y correcto como el primero que compré, pero con este en negro totalmente decepcionado y sorprendido.

Il prodotto arriva con un'ottima confezione, una scatola in cartone contiene due scatole più piccole per i due pezzi. Ottima la sensazione del tessuto sulla pelle, non pizzica e rilascia subito un senso di calore. E' piuttosto sottile, come descritto, perché non è una maglia, ma un capo intimo, da utilizzare come primo strato. E' giustamente non troppo setoso al tatto essendo 100% lana merino. Ovviamente un intimo in poliestere darebbe una sensazione di maggiore setosità rispetto alla lana, ma questo tessuto ha molti altri pregi, tra cui quello di non causare subito cattivi odori come il poliestere.Sia il legging che la maglia hanno un'ampia e comoda fascia più elastica doppiata alle estremità, per evitare che entri il freddo dai polsi o dalle caviglie. La vita del legging è alta, giusto sul punto vita e non sotto, in modo da non scendere mentre cammini. E' anche dotato di patta. La manifattura sembra proprio buona. Ve lo consiglio... caldamente.

I bought this because they are merino wool that is why they are expensive compared to cotton or nylon base layers. I usually use merino wool product as a base layer for hiking and likely will use for skiing. So I was very unhappy with the item when I opened the package and labelled as 100% cotton, I contacted the seller they told me they are merino wool material indeed, just wrong labelled by mistake. They also show me the proof of the material.Then I wore the top and pants for trying, I haven't done any physical work while wearing this yet, but I haven't sweated in them while wearing them in my house, in stores, in my car, or outside. So far I've worn this 2 days in a row, for 12 hours each day. After 2 days, I've smelled the clothing all over and it still smells good! I really like the waist band.Its very soft and comfortable. Super soft and comfy. The construction is simple and clean, will be buying more in the near future.
