Used them for a HP Laptop. They worked perfectly. Only problem, I wish they all came in little bags, when they fell they jumbled up. Now I have to reorganize them. Great quality I must say though.

I do my own laptop repairs, my chromebook arrived missing a single screw, it took seconds to locate in the box and was a perfect fit. I am certain I will use more over the coming years. Far cheaper and faster than trying shops.

This is a good assortment for missing laptop screws. I do a lot of work on PC's and laptops for my company and for friends and family. As much experience as I have, which is like 25 years now, it's still not uncommon to accidentally lose a screw when doing repairs, especially when getting into replacing boards or the screen on a laptop, or deal with someone else's work which almost always has missing or incorrect sized replacements which can mess things up. I actually scored an almost brand new Asus zenbook pro being sold for parts for this reason, the previous owner used too long of screw when reassembling it and shorted out the keyboard on the back side with a long screw making them think the blew out the motherboard because it wouldn't boot. A $.10 fix and swap and it worked as it should.Anyway, this has a good assortment of common screws for laptop repair. If you do a lot of laptop work, you will likely need other sets for stainless ones. And depending on the brand will likely need some uncommon random size, so is the way with laptop work. Also, at least for the brands that I most commonly work on, the larger screws in this are going to be rarely needed, but this is otherwise a good base set for keeping up with lost screws or when you come across a computer that someone else tried to repair themselves and has missing and incorrect sized screws, which is pretty common when trying to correct others' work.

Many many screws. Low low price. Nice plastic case that doesn't fall open with a front side clasp.And that's where it ends. I did not find screws for many laptop models, and I have hundreds of laptops from all ages. I have a few single core units from 30 years ago up to 2024 models and about 1/3 of these screws were useful. I can say they do supply you with a hefty portion of M.2 screws, so that's a plus. I am sure there are more useful screws in the box, I probably will find them over time as I work on refurbishing laptops I get for upcycle, so I won't drop more than one star. I have had these about a month and have worked on about 12 laptops in that time. I was able to use about 5 or 6 of the screws in this.
