There is NO customer service! Store is not anything to do with hydroponics. No info if first time doing don’t buy! 77 years old wanted inside garden. All out and need engineering degree to put piping together. Not for beginner but now out of box and no way to get all back in. Rip off!

Product performs well.Negatives are:-No customer support-Had to replace one of the pumps, within a week, from 3rd party supplier.-Once growing, the plants consume a lot of water as expected. But, there’s no easy access port to add water. I harvested one of the top tier plants on each side, in order to add water to an empty spot.-Kinda pricey for the quality of components.

This hydroponic system is quite possibly the most pleasant surprise out of anything that we have ever ordered on Amazon. When we ordered it there were no reviews so we took a chance. When it arrived we were amazed at the quality of the product and all of the details that they had thought of. We were unaware that it was going to come with the clay pellets and enough fertilizer for 9 months. The instructions were not the best but it was not very difficult to figure it out. As an engineer I was very impressed with the build.

My hydrofarm is taking off quickly and the growth since planting has been great. I was worried it would be loud having two pumps running in my dining room but they really are whisper quiet and have great flow. There is plenty of space for 72 plants (or even more if you want to double up. The setup was pretty straightforward, however the text in the instructions are unreadable in some spots because of the small size. That's said, common sense will keep you on the right track. I used rockwool to germinate kale, arugala, buttercrunch lettuce, romaine lettuce, , as well as cayenne and scotch bonnet peppers. I then transplanted into the provided containers. This kit has everything you'll need except the seeds! Happy planting.
