I have only used this oven a few times, does anyone know why it would be turning black at the top? Update ...I contacted the company we exchanged ovens...well the new oven I received doesn't reach temp...they told me to let it heat up 15 mins. It shuts off after 9 still not reaching temp, I kept turning back on so it didn't have time to cool down after 30 minutes it still hadn't reached temp, I purchased a 3 year warranty, yet they still won't respond I have waisted so much product with this oven, I do not and will not recommend anyone use this company I am out $300 they do not respond to me and now I have to buy a different brand oven for sublimation. Seriously disappointed with this company!
