I have an old DeWalt 14.4 volt drill that is still in good shape. I have 2 batteries that still work well but the charger stopped working. I thought about replacing the drill with a new 20 volt but I don't use the drill that much anymore because I use an impact most of the time. I decided to order this charger instead of replacing the drill. I'm glad I did. Charger works great on everything from 7.2 volt to 18 volt. Charged a dead battery in less than an hour. Works great

It’s like playing the lottery. Most of the time it doesn’t charge at all but every once in a while it’ll work. The picture attached shows a Dewalt charger verses this poorly made device. In my opinion, you’re better off just putting your money towards a new Dewalt drill that comes with a Dewalt charger.

Charged our 2 9.6v off brand batteries but would not charge the original DeWalt 9.6V battery. At this point I don't know if the original battery is just beyond recharging. Thus the 4 star review. As long as it charges the 2 extra batteries and powers the tools for now then it is worth it. Almost time to upgrade them all to the next power level anyway.

This charger worked great! I needed to replace my OEM charger because it was damaged by getting wet. This replacement charger is fast, the OEM batteries fit perfect and charged up quick. I would buy the device again.
