Easy to do. Grid on stamped pattern did not match up with diagram. It was off by 1row and template was 2 rows less than total count on paper.

I assume it was the fault of whom ever I bought this from; but the case came with about half of the colors missing (colored yarn). It was a gift for my father and he didn’t realize how many colors were missing until about 1/4 complete ( which is about 10 hrs of work) Needless to say he didn’t want to return it after all the work he put into it. So he will probably just buy each color separately which we calculated will cost much more then the entire product cost.

I loved the birds on the rug & enjoyed doing it BUT was very disappointed on how the backing was put on. It bunched up in the corner so it wouldn’t lay flat. Also the edges weren’t sewn in very good. They started to unravel on the edge. Finished but unfortunately I’m not able to give as a gift as intended.

The colors in this kit are quite pretty. Was easy to work on and easy to follow the pattern diagram. The surrounding binding could be better, perhaps one piece instead of 2-3 pieces sewn together. One corner is coming loose so will tack down. Other than that, this was really fun to work on.

The red bird was great the female red bird the stamp and the counted squares did not mat h at all. It was interesting to make.
