Ich spiele Cajon und habe mittlerweile mehrere Shakers im Gebrauch. Bei einem Konzert ist mir dieses Model aufgefallen. Dieser Shaker hat zwar eine einfache Konstruktion und ist aus Plastik, aber erzeugt dennoch ein wunderbaren Klangspektrum. Die Möglichkeit die beiden Teile zusammen oder getrennt zu benutzen ist noch ein weiteres Highlight. Dieser Shaker ist jetzt bei mir immer Nr. 1 und ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

C'est une percussion facile à utiliser pour un amateur. Le son est vraiment doux et il accompagne très bien une mélodie.

This has such a wonderful soft-textured sound, but still loud enough, and easy to hold. you can also get different effects depending on which direction you shake it, and for a quieter sound, use only one tube at a time. Be aware though, that it's a bit fragile - we had a similar one bite the dust when someone dropped it.

This percussion instrument is my favorite. I like that the sound is not harsh and can be played so as to create slightly different effects and rhythm etc. I think it is more versatile than other percussion instruments I have had. I am in an acoustic group and we do everything from bluegrass to Latin styles in our music. This adds a fun layer of sound. I often have folks express interest in the instrument after hearing it used in our music. I actually bought this one for another member of our band who has graciously gave me his to play a few years back. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my unit separated at one of the joints. I wasn't using the Soft Shake at the time, I happened to notice a small crack and upon further inspection the unit separated at the seam. I was able to collect most of the metal flakes, put them back in, and glued the Soft Shake back together. It lasted for a while longer but eventually split open again. Maybe I got a lemon, or perhaps it was a design flaw that has since been corrected. As far as the sound, it wasn't quite loud enough for what I needed. If you're a working musician/percussionist, and need something with volume, this isn't the shaker for you. Sitting around a campfire, with a couple of acoustic guitars and no other noise, would be the perfect setting for this particular shaker.
