These wheels look OK, and they seem to be of good quality. Its website states that the wheels are made of “high-quality PU plastic material and premium polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is more wear-resistant, stronger grip.” So it seems like the center disc, the spokes, and the rim are made from “high-quality” PU plastic, and the part that makes contact and rolls on the ground is made from PVC since it is more “wear-resistant” and has a “stronger grip.”In the fourth picture, their webpage shows that these views can be used for air compressors, garden carts, wheelbarrows, generators, pressure washers, hand trucks, and dollies. Since it can be used for so many different types of things, emphasizing in the title that they are used for lawnmowers reflects weak marketing. Doing so restricts their customer base.I ordered a garden hose rolling cart that came without the two wheels. I use these wheels, and they work perfectly (please see the attached picture). They have good grip, roll smoothly, and are stable and sturdy.Only time will show how long-lasting and dependable these wheels are. If they do not perform as expected, I will revise my review to reflect that. For now, they perform well, and I recommend them.

I needed to replace the original wheels on my air compressor which is +45 years old and have deteriorated to the point of not allowing me to move it. These wheels bolted right in, just like the original wheels. Nice axel and spokes. Quick and easy Amazon shipping.

Well I've designed a project that I'm fabricating and it's designed to have a set of these wheels with a 12" diameter and another set with 14" diameter, these are kind of critical to make this deal work properly, and the 12" arrived today and when I went to install them ,something wasn't right and as soon as I measured them they are 11.5" diameter, which means I'll have to wrap a .25" of rubber material around them to make a true 12" diameter, I sure hope when the 14" get here they are a true 14", who knows these days , just like that old Niel Young song said " you pay for this and they give you that "Other than the size being off , they do look like what I expected
