This odd looking thingamajig is an excellent tool! I use it when I'm binge watching YouTube videos or movies on my phone. My arm and hand thank me! Despite it's odd look, it's very comfortable around the neck.

I ordered this for my work phone, so I didn't have to hold it all day long. Unfortunately, the clamps that hold the phone are not wide enough to hold thicker phones, and the phone pops off. I was able to secure it with a rubber band on the top and bottom of the phone, but that's not ideal. It works fine with my personal cellphone, because that is thinner than my work phone. I discovered I couldn't use it with my work phone anyway, because I have to use the camera to scan things. The tray that holds the phone is solid and the camera is covered. Please make a device with a tray that doesn't cover the camera.

The clip that holds the phone is horrible! It does not work with case on. With the case off, the phone flies out of its barely there grip and crashes to the floor. Any movement and its gone! Mind you, the case is off!!! So several times i kust kbew my phone was going to be cracked but thankfully it wasnt. With the case on, the horrible "grip" slides off constantly. The clip is just sooooo cheap!! Which is too bad because I actually like the flexible rod...but what use is the rod without the clip!!?? Pass on this one.Phone Samsung S24 Ultra

My iPhone 13 Pro did not fit in the device, it kept popping out since it couldn’t gasp one end well. I was disappointed because with my neck issues it would have been great help to me. Also there were no instructions on how to put it together.

My husband had hand surgery and was splinted afterward. This device "held" his phone flawlessly, allowing him to use his "good" hand on the supported touch screen!AWESOME PRODUCT!

Works great. Not uncomfortable i think. Easy fold. Doesn't work if you have a heavy duty phone case. Case must have a flat back to fit.
