Missing the screw. Not a straight forward installation. No english guide or package!

Looks cool, but more problems functionally. The tiny Alan wrench that was provided stripped the screw and tiny little screws don’t hold the strings down. Blew $30 in the long run without the possibility of a return. 🙄
