I bought this item, two of them, knowing the quality might be substandard. Better to buy better quality than waste money on garbage, like these flatbed hand trucks. There’s a vinyl map on the bed, both units have the same poor quality assembly. The hand trucks have a large air bubble under the vinyl mat. Eventually they will burst and the mats will no longer protect the bed. The beds of the Hendricks feel and sound like they are made of plastic. Very flimsy material that is supposed to support weight. Absolute garbage! Don’t buy these hand trucks. Recommend to anyone considering purchasing these hand trucks, spend a little more for a better quality item than waste money on cheap crap!
