Its a pretty nice apron. I'm pretty fat, so its snug. There is an adjustable web belt and a plastic snap that snaps in the back. There is also a nice shoulder harness that keeps the apron centered on your body. The leather itself is lined with a nylon/polyester (?) lining that is nice and keeps the apron from clinging to your clothes. There is a lot of detail that went into making this apron. Also, there are many, many pockets to put tools in. This apron will work great for woodworking, but I don't think its heavy duty enough for more demanding uses. All of the seams and stitching seems pretty good. I'm not thrilled with the web straps that run from the upper front, across the shoulders, behind the back, through the cross-over harness/keeper down to the waist and and back behind to snap together. Seems like a lot of failure points when a leather tie and neck loop would work just as well. But, that is just a personal choice. If you're going to put a lot of weight in the pockets, then maybe this apron has a better tie system.Pretty good and worth having!

Top quality leather apron, leather is soft and at the same time very durable, it has already saved a pair of overalls. Like the leather quality I purchased more leather and other goods from the maker.

This is a thick and high quality apron that I expect to last many years, even through a lot of use and abuse. It's well constructed, the stitching is high quality, and both the pockets and additional holders for things such as pencils and such are well placed and designed. It's comfortable, and the adjustability allows you to fit it to your body shape with a lot of leeway in either direction. I've gotten other aprons, even leather ones, that didn't have nearly the design features or the quality of build. Really makes a difference having everything that is commonly used right at hand, it changes the whole flow and pleasure of work no matter your hobby or task. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’m a wood carver and typically work my pieces in my lap. I’ve covered my lap with a heavy piece of elk leather for years. Decided to try out this apron, and I absolutely love it. I’m 5’4" and it hangs about mid thigh - perfectly covers my lap. The apron is very comfortable and the pockets quite convenient. I spend far less time looking for my pencil or whatever knife I "just had it my hand." I particularly appreciate the comfortable inner lining which lets the apron move smoothly.

This is a very nice, high quality, soft, real suede style genuine leather apron that comes in a very nice storage bag. The genuine (not vegan or synthetic) leather is excellent quality in a soft, suede style. It’s a good quality of leather in the material, thickness and is well stitched and finished. It’s not a smooth, harder leather but a softer suede style leather.The inner inside side of the apron is lined with a thick material vs suede. The shoulder straps are also lightly padded for comfort and are adjustable. It does have pockets and loops on it to help hold items you’re using. The loops are on the front pocket and are metal and you can use them to attach items to the apron. The included storage pouch is nice, zips up closed and is good for storage or portability for the apron.They do say in the listing details it is heat and fire resistant. Note that this does not mean fireproof or heatproof. They do not list a maximum temperature range for safe use, so use care and caution. It does have an inner lining to it and the outer leather may provide some light protection for welding spatter, as many welding protective accessories are leather (gloves, hoods, shoe covers).While it’s highly adjustable in the fit, we found that having someone to help fit it was helpful, though you could adjust it by yourself. My husband put it on, and I adjusted the back straps while he wore it to help adjust the fit. We did need to move the shoulder pads further up so that they set on his shoulders. It was easy to do, I just slid them upward on the strap. The size is good and it does give a lot of coverage, depending on your size. It’s highly adjustable in the fit, so should fit most people. The straps are adjustable and it’s easy to adjust the fit.This is going to be spot clean only, vs fully washable because of the natural leather. Note that this is real, genuine leather not synthetic, so it’s not vegan friendly or cruelty free.
