The holes on the upper and lower brackets would not match up to the pins and hinge. They are junk.

For the parts itself look pretty good , the worst is your door and post hinge hole if the are a little tappered . Hope they last , will see . Cannot be worst than the old one .

Having the brackets is the way to go. Gets everything in alignment. I changed just the pins a couple years ago and they came loose where they press in the brackets. I tightened the pins with the nuts further but that only helped until the bushings wore out prematurely.I'm sure new pins pulled into new brackets will make the door hinge bushings last longer. One thing I did was make sure the holes in the brackets were correct. I used a round file to dress one up that looked a little wonky when it was punched out. I would buy again but hopefully won't have to.

worked perfectly. Do get the kit with the new brackets. The pins are press fit into those brackets and your old one might not take another pressing and could be loose.

Don't write too many reviews, but this door hinge kit is VERY tight after install. Was hesitant being a chinese 'knock off'. You basically get both hinges worth of hardware for the same cost as other 'kits'. Use a bolt to seat bushings as they fit very tight, or put in the freezer for a bit so they contract. See youtube for good videos on how to replace hinges...removing the door is about the only way to do it...not hard. Took about 90 minutes.
