I took the description at their word. "The original hard pillow core is softened to make it soft and supportive." Not true, IMO. I tried to use it, but the pillow doesn't give and presses hard into my inner thigh. Besides being very uncomfortable, I would worry about the pressure cutting off circulation. It does not give on soft tissue. Definitely not what I was looking for. Returned it and had to pay for return shipping.

Love the pillow! I have had several hip surgeries and this pillow is so comfortable to sleep with! I am shorter person and this is just the right size!

This pillow is the perfect size which is why I ordered. I received today and first noticed the indentation then as I ran my hand over it the hard nodules started poking up. After opening up they appear to be places where the memory foam was maybe burned? I’m actually going to reorder a different color and see if it has the same issue because I want to love this pillow.

It is a good quality pillow and I love the length and width as well as the hole in the middle. It is just too thin (apx. 3 1/2 inches) for my taste.
