I had high hopes for this cute craft. However, the sewing needle provided made it impossible to make. The needle was too thick and was not sharp enough to go through the cheap, thin felt pieces. The instructions were inacequate. After an hour of trying to work with the ridiculously dull needle, I threw the whole project in the trash

OK, let’s get into it. First of all, DO NOT follow the instructions for making these. They give you a dull tapestry needle and embroidery floss to sew the felt together. This is a recipe for frustration. Get out your glue gun and just use that. Also, don’t roll up the succulents from the tab end first, end with the tab and glue it in place. You’ll thank me later. I bought a bunch of these and made a wreath instead of the little pots, and it worked fine once I got the glue gun. Not a bad product, just terrible instructions.
