I ordered the same product from Amazon and it did not work, so I returned the item and requested a replacement. I received the replacement from your company and it was also defective. I have very little confidence in the Lemax products and do not plan on purchasing again.

The Lemax box is smashed, and has a big gash in the front. This is due to the Lemax box not being properly packed in a cardboard box. The product itself is fine and works great.I'm disappointed with the lack of care in the packaging process.
