I really like this laptop. The size, the touch screen, 360 degree foldable screen, and there is not a lot of added programs that aren't needed. The startup is fast, and the compatibility is great for most programs. I suppose the only negatives are that gmail has not been very compatible and I wouldn't mind a little more memory. But if you want a solid laptop at a great price this is the one!

This product is functional, but it I wanted to use it for writing. It doesn’t have enough storage for my research & my word documents to be saved. I tried to remove all of the applications that I was not using like x-box, etc. A large number of the “standard” games cannot be uninstalled. I tried using Dropbox to clear the computer of all extraneous documents. It is not sufficient to keep up with a working teacher, and graduate student.

Great laptop for the price, bought it to work from home during pandemic. Our IT guy was able to set it all up and it's running the same Microsoft apps so I felt like I knew my way around it. Have not had to contact technical support, cant review that. One issue is manufacturers were sending out eblast's at a head spinning pace, I found this to be irritating.I would recommend, fantastic for the price!

I was thrilled when it didn't come with Windows 10S, I was going to switch it to Windows 10, but thankfully I didn't have to do that. It's fast, super easy to get up and running. I'm quite happy.

The tablet is not able to upgrade to Windows 10 1903 -- it's stuck at Windows 10 1803. And that version is unsupported and therefore vulnerable, and therefore this piece of hardware is useless to anyone concerned with protecting data.I spent many hours trying to have the machine do the upgrades, but also using the windows upgrade assistant, working with tech support to install from a USB drive and more. Big costly waste of time. Never could get it beyond the unsupported 1803 version.I note that this came with Windows 10 Pro Education... which is not mentioned. This may or may not be the cause of its inability to update to a supported version of Windows...The website description is inaccurate... I believed Lenovo wouldn't advertise one thing and sell another, but I see why this was priced low... it can't run supported versions of windows. Ripoff.

I Purchased this Computer to aid in registration processing where we have a number of volunteers and older volunteers registering attendees. I think it’s going to work great especially the touchscreen and help people feel more comfortable using the computer versus being intimidated. Easy to set up easy to use I’m going to love this beast!

I use this primarily at my restaurant to do my inventory. I was replacing an older tablet that finally gave out. And I'm really glad it happened. This little guy is an impressive little computer to carry around and do all my work on. The best part is that I can access any of my files from my main computer at home with OneDrive, plus have all my Microsoft office material accessible. I'm glad my son talked me into this one. Great price and works very well

My Son loves this. He can use it as a laptop, or, flip it around and use it like a tablet. Really good for keeping up with school work. Light weight, and, really good quality for the money.
