I bought this laptop but it's too glossy and it didn't hold the power for 4 hrs. I returned the laptop bc I didn't want to hold it for no reason. I think I deed the right thing.I think y'all have received the laptop but y'all just wanna punish me for returning it by holding my refund. I do not enjoy returning things. I buy things bc I want to use them, not return them. So y'all are punishing me bc I returned the laptop? Or y'all think I enjoy returning things?

La estética es su fortaleza, la pila dura poco. Pesa mucho para usarla como tablet y tuvo fallas en el sistema, se apagó de repente. La devolví.

Lenovo builds a good quality laptop. First one I've owned. I bought this one after buying a cheaper one (different brand). I use mine for personal use but would hold up well for business use also. Screen is nice and very easily switches over to touch screen. It's fast and had a lot of memory. Easy to set up and get you going right away. I also bought the warranty because you never know what might happen. Overall I'm very happy with it

Muy buena Compu, velocidad y almacenamiento. El touch en pantalla muy bueno y la versatilidad también, solo que ya en cierta posición las bisagras se vencen y no se queda la pantalla abierta, resto bien

This is a great 2 in 1 for the money, it’s fast and quite a little beast, I tested some newer games on it with ray tracing turned on and it ran ghost runner at 30fps with all that on which is very impressive, although I won’t be using it to game, I have my pc for that, I did want to test out what it could handle, touch screen is responsive, battery life is great, I would say the one thing I don’t really like, not a big deal to most people, is that the charging cable plugs into the usb C port, so if you are using the port and need to charge it, you are going to have to decide which is more important, other than that it’s a 5 star laptop for the price so far, and it comes with a free digital pen to boot which is very nice especially if you are like me and use photoshop and things of that nature, will update if things change

I had to upgrade my old Lenovo computer after 8 years. I didn't think I could do it. I bought this new Lenovo Flex and so fell in love all over again!!It has all the bells and whistles a techno geek like me needs. It has a finger print unlock feature. This computer has made Windows 10 fun and enjoyable for me. And helped to realize how quick computers are supposed to boot up. And how fast programs and apps are supposed to process. This is one computer thus far that has not let me down. And I have very high expectations when it comes to my tech.As well as my Amazon standards!I can sayCheckCheckBoth have been met. This is worth buying for college students and for running small businesses on as well.

Very fast and could get down to what I need to do. The battery last a long time. I use it mostly right now for paying bills and doing Genealogy as well as searching for information.

I wasn't keeping my hopes up after seeing some reviews. I wanted a good 2-in-1 that I could use for teaching, working and reviewing work; that would also be at an acceptable price point. This is basically the best rated laptop of its kind at its price point. Some of the reviewers here mentioned that their units had problems, and checking mine with a critical eye, I can definitely see what they mean. The screws in the back have a dark finish on them that strips off when they have been unscrewed. This unit has been opened, and the original parts have been changed. By my appreciation, this is not wholly a bad thing, however, they forgot to put a screw back, broke off the screw support on one side by tightening the screw too much, and over tightened another one to a point where the unit was being deformed. The LENOVO warranty shows it only has 1 month left of service in a 12 month plan; which simply shows me that this article was originally bought 11 months ago and then had its internals replaced. I'm guessing the warranty is voided. I feel that enough problems are present for me to justifiably open a return process, however, I ordered this unit while on a business trip to the US so there is no practical way to have the return done. I resorted to fixing the issues myself.Besides the choddy work on replacing the included RAM and SSD, everything else is very good on this laptop.I was worried the screen would not be bright enough (based on some reviews), however it seems great. The speakers sound nice, the keyboard feels nice and silent. The included pen works really well with the touchscreen, and the build quality of the laptop itself feels awesome.I love the size and form factor, and when the computer is folded into a tablet it is really practical for pdf reading and reviewing. I teach online, and MS Whiteboard works really well with the touch screen and digital pen to show calculations and illustrate my lectures with drawings. The battery seems to last a good amount as well, I havent tried letting it run all the way down yet to check if its time estimates are accurate during my work day, but if I had to judge it on how it has performed thus far, it seems that the battery is doing well.Overall i'm not lowering the score to less than 4 stars because the laptop itself is freaking awesome. Just be wary of the seller. They really need to work on their attention to detail; but I will also admit that this was the cheapest seller for this configuration of laptop by a good $40-$60... So I guess in a way I'm getting what I paid for: A good laptop that has been upgraded with good parts by a subpar technician.

I wanted to get a touchscreen laptop for everyday "couch" use which includes email, web, video, and some light development for testing ideas. I specifically wanted something lighter weight and with a touchscreen for every 2 weeks to run Artisan with my temp probes for roasting coffee - the touchscreen making changing the controls and adding markers a lot quicker than trying to hit some of the smaller hitzones in Artisan. This laptop is very thin and light, love the price/performance, good quality. The outstanding feature is... the speakers! OMG, I can actually hear them easily. Blows away the speakers on my Lenovo 340, HP Pavillion, and 2 MSI gaming notebooks. I do not need to use an external bluetooth speaker. So, overall, this meets or exceeds my expectations, is versatile, and so far have had no issues. NOTE: The seller I got this from upgrades the SSD and removes the bloatware and the AMD graphics driver was installed so everything was working nicely.
