Love the computer not a mark on it. Like new can't tell anything has ever been done to it. I'm a musician and keep all of my music on it. It is perfect for what I need. The only complaint I have is that I'm having trouble finding a screen protector for it.

I've been using Microsoft Surface devices since beta 1 (former employee here). I've had a lot of problems with the keyboard not being recognized (consistent issue over many Surface generations). I also have a lot of experience with Thinkpads so I thought I would go with this yoga touchscreen version as an alternative to a Surface and the refurbished price was a big incentive. For about 6 weeks, it worked as it should. Suddenly, one day it simply will not power on even though it is plugged in and the charging light is on. I decided that rather than return it for a refund, I would get a replacement thinking it was probably just a one-off issue. Approximately 6 weeks later, with device #2, the exact same issue happened. I should also mention it took over 3 weeks to receive the replacement. Very disappointed overall. As others have stated, they also have decals to hide screws and other things that quickly fell off (cosmetic albeit but worth noting). Bottom line, I will not be purchasing refurbished devices from Amazon again after this experience.

The stickers on the outside were already peeling off out of the box. The charger they sent with it was bent and I had to buy a new one. Would not buy from this store again.
