The eyehole for the fishing line is blocked in some of these - otherwise they have held up to teaching the kids how to cast in the backyard.They’re a harder rubber, so some flex in the thinner parts.

Son got a bait caster for Christmas. Uses the largest practice plug in the driveway to learn to cast before going to the lake.

Top ring is weak soft material. Rips right out with any kind of pull or snag. Repeated hard force casts can tear it too.

These are great to use in your backyard for practice, rod & reel testing/setup etc. I like that they come in a variety of weights. Definitely recommended.

wanted a set of casting plugs to practice with my bait casting rigs. These were affordable and work well.Have used them and am getting better and better with my bait casting rigs.Would recommend.
