I tried several styles and this one stayed in place around my waist and didn’t ride up to my shoulder blades. It is less buoyant than others but fully keeps my head above water. Easy for traveling

My 5 year old tried to use these. I realized they were a lot thinner than the ones he uses in swim class. When he got in the pool it didn’t support him at all. I even put the second one on, which he hated having two, and it didn’t help either.

My kids don’t know how to swim and it can keep them floating without worry they will slip out
