I bought the V22 because I did not need the V23's Needle & Plug Carrier. It's a good multi-tool that rides in my saddle bag with no rattling. A "just-in-case" tool I once used to tighten a loose seat post collar, so it saved my ride and my knees! Mine is spot-on to the listed 143g/5 oz. I purchased from seller KUMU with Prime delivery.

Tool looks to be good, fortunately I haven't had to use it yet. It is quite bigger than I thought. I may look for something smaller and lighter.
