Bought a ceramic pot with a drainage hole in the bottom, but no stopper. I bought the pot to make a bird bath out of it. These stoppers saved the day.

The Solid Silicon Rubber Stopper is made well and worth the money. Ordered the wrong size and new replacement was offered and sent.These fit the 47oz Clear Glass Pitchers with Handles sold at the GLASS MONGER Store

I tried to use these for some carboys that were full of red wine.They were too hard and slippery to stay in, kept wanting to slide back out.Made sure to rinse all of the sanitizing compound off and even tried gently tapping them in with a mallet.Did not work for me.

I needed to add a thermowell to my Anvil brew bucket. It takes a #7 stopper and with a lot of sessions at my drill-press I managed to drill and size two holes in the stopper. One for an airlock and the other for the thermowell.

Too small for my old US made glass jugs. Cut a silicone band to add .125 to the diameter. Not optimal but creates a seal.

The description states that they will fit a 1 gallon jug, so that's why I bought them. The size, however, is just a little bit to big to fit in either one of the gallon jugs I have. A size 6 would probably fit perfectly. Other than the description not being 100% I still think that these are fantastic stoppers, they fit my 3 gallon carboys absolutely perfectly and are currently sitting atop two of them keeping my peach wine fresh in the cellar while bulk aging. Despite the size issue, I will absolutely buy this brand again because they're a good, solid, well made stopper. I'm not even going to take a star off for the fitment problem because otherwise they're great.

Glad to have found these stoppers for 1L Solan de Cabras bottles after a fruitless search for caps or lids that would fit. Perfect fit and no bad or chemical smell.
