I purchased this mop about four months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. On the first use, the clip that holds the mop head together came undone. That caused The mop head to completely fall apart. I contacted the manufacturer and they Responded by sending me a new mop head. I was told that they would only replace it one time and it took two months to get shipped to me. Once I received my new mop head, installation was straightforward. I again mopped and the clip again came on done. I do not believe I was forcefully or overly tightening the mop head. I feel that this is just a bad design to use for a mop head. I would not recommend this product.

Love the size. Covers a bigger area and gets in corners well.

**Updated Info at Bottom**Here's the original review: I liked the idea of this mop. A mop that can be easily wrung out without a special press bucket... terrific! Unfortunately, the mop totally failed to live up to the "Heavy Duty" portion of the description from Libman. I purchased this in a big box construction store; I wanted to use it to mop the floor in a basement ... a smooth, very dusty (because of crawlspace access), concrete floor. I got it home, and prepared a bucket and went to start. The ratchet mechanism looks a little weak, but it seemed to get the job done... nicely wrung out the mop with a positive, ratcheting clicking sound. Well, I started pushing the damp mop across the smooth floor, and all seemed fine. About 30 seconds later, something made a *cracking* noise and the head of the mop came apart. It turns out there is a flimsy plastic ring at the end of the mop that holds the loose strands of the mop head in place. It is a critical part as the mop can no longer be wrung out if it is broken. Well, this part snapped while doing nothing more than pushing the moist mop-head across the floor. Truly pathetic considering this is Libman's "heavy duty" model (they have a smaller one too). It lasted for 15 square feet of smooth, flat concrete floor. At the end of the day, I could probably cram the now-wet, filthy thing back into my european coupe and take it back to the store for a refund... but that mop isn't going in my car now. I'll just have to eat the cost of it. Lesson learned - get a real mop, not a Libman. For what it's worth, I have also contacted Libman regarding this. If they respond with an acceptable remedy of some sort, I will update my review to reflect the outcome.**Update**Libman has contacted me and was willing to refund or replace the mop (my choice). They have been prompt and courteous, and I appreciate the company's customer service. I've decided to give this a second shot... hopefully the first one that I got had a defect.

I love this mop. I have two of them. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Would not use anything else since I discovered this mop.
