It said don't wash but it didn't say it would completely come apart. Because it is not a loop end, I assume, it was tangled beyond belief and when I tried to straighten it out, the ends just broke off and shredded. Do not buy straight ended mop heads.

It is a Gnome! I follow The Shabby Tree, and Barb showed us how to make a Gnome out a mop, a sock and a little of hot glue...I made 6 for my friends..They loved them.
