She will happily tow you or a boat with people right in -- the person gets the ring and she grasps the handle. Newfies are naturals in the water (webbed paws) and strong swimmers. She loves the chance to to out and do her thing.

Light weight but does the job. Though light, it is easy to throw them across the pool The floating rope is neat but possibly meant for more of a boating application. I'm not using them in the pool, feeling untangling them may slow down throwing the ring to someone in need. I have cut the rope to different lengths & burned the end to save fraying.

Where are the directions which show how to attach to a boat and how the rope should be attached to the buoy.

It’s a requirement to have one of these on your boat! They ask to see it upon entry at any lake you go to. That, and life jackets and fire extinguisher. This looks cool and passes inspection.

After just one season this product's rope not only faded in color, who cares, but when putting it away for the season the rope is falling apart. When I tugged on it, the outer layer crumbled and I doubt it could hold up under any pressure or strain. This is dangerous and poor quality.
