Overall, the perfect replacement for my Liftmaster Professional 3/4 hp unit. I was surprised that I had to tap four holes in the gear shaft cover plate. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to know that was going to be needed.You'll need a 10 - 32NF tap to thread the holes that mount the top cover plate, and an 8 - 32NF tap to mount the chain spreader.Other than that... A pretty straightforward repair.
