Get the Neutral version of WhiteDims if your light does not have a cool tone or feeling otherwise the Subtle Warm version will make your light too warm. Note LightDims do not work well on curved or uneven surfaces. This product is not for displays that need to be readable. If you need something to dim a display we recommend LightDims Medium Strength sheets to Original Strength sheets. ONLY FOR USE ON LED BASED LIGHTING! Never put LightDIms on Anything that get over 205 degrees F. WhiteDims are the perfect solution to dim/soften overhead indoor ceiling lights or outdoor lights without making the room to dark. If the lights are still too bright simply add another layer of White Dims. White Dims LightDims diffuse / soften harsh LED light and blend well with White Electronics. The concept is simple, if you are the type of person who likes the debonair look of your white electronic product but are irritated by the bright lights on it, then LightDims White Dims are for you. The problem is that your electronics LED lights are too bright. Lightdims are specially designed, to act like sunglasses for irritating LED's on your electronics. Lightdims dim unwanted LED glare or flare when ambient light in your room is turned down or off. Product arrived early. With instructions that are very clear. Appreciated “don’t overthink it”! The results are great and very subtle, not noticeable for me. However my lights are recessed and quite high up. I can’t speak for different light setups.

These sheets are excellent; they do an exceptional job dimming and softening lights that give off too much glare. Also, the customer service of this company is excellent as well. I had a problem with some of the sheets dimming my lights too much, so I contacted the company. Without hesitation, the company sent me a replacement. These light dimming sheets really make my kitchen LED light bars so much better on my eyes, especially at night time! Just make sure to take the time to trace out the right shapes on the sheets and carefully cut them up and then carefully stick them. It was finicky and difficult when attaching these sheets, but I think that had more to do with my lights being an odd shape. Just make sure to take the time to put the strips on properly.I have only one minor complaint however. I found the way the sheets were packaged and the instructions written to be very annoying. Particularly, I am referring to all of the bright, bold, large text, all squished altogether. I found this to be very jarring and annoying, making it harder to read and follow the instructions. Regardless, this is still an excellent product!

Contractor installed landscdape wall lights under caps on a seat wall, two raised planter beds, and columns that were the wrong kelvin (color) that were 3000k and should have been 2700k or less. It was a disaster as the lights were blinding! It would have been very expensive to replace the lights and tear out all of the precast caps. I found LightDims on Amazon and gave them a try. Thankfully they solved my problem! I used the WhiteDims subtle warm. They were easy to install as well. I cannot speak to how well they will stay on but hopefully they will since they are outdoors. This was an inexpensive solution to what otherwise would have been a very expensive and laborious fix. Thank you LightDims!!

If you have ugly, bright can lights in your apartment that you just moved into and you are looking for a more aesthetic look, this is actually a brilliant choice. I couldn't figure out the lighting in my apartment because I can't mess with the wiring and lamps can only do so much, but this helped a ton. Now the can lights don't look good alone (you can choose to dim them less by cutting a smaller piece if you'd like) but they add enough supplemental light to my lamps that my apartment feels cozy. Just measure a circle similar to the size of the light, cut, peel the back, and stick on.

These dimming sheets are so useful! I can’t stand harsh lights and these are just perfect to all the lights in my house! The pictures show some before and afters, with a couple layers on each so it’s even warmer.

If you have blue LED spotlights for yard decorations, this product will tone them down to a very pleasing level without cutting out all of the light. We used them on our white LED spots as well. They stayed on through 3 cold, wet months without peeling. The application can be tricky on curved face bulbs, but really, no one is going to judge you on a less than perfect application.

I was looking for a product that would diffuse the harsh LEDs in my floor lamp - with three 3000k 50w LED bulbs and a reflective interior, the lamp lit up the whole room like a ceiling light and was difficult to look directly at, let alone sit under.This product was perfect: one layer of the sheet diffused the harsh bulbs and dimmed the light just a bit to moody floor lamp levels. I bought more sheets than I needed because I assumed I'd mess them up and would need extra, but it was actually super easy: just trace around a cup, cut the shape, peel and stick! The discs went on perfectly first try. Attached a photo of the lamp with the sheets on it - you could've told me they were covers that came with the lamp, honestly. Thanks so much!

La particularité des ces feuilles autocollantes, c'est leur capacité à être superposés. Si l'attenuation au premier abord est trop douce, il suffit d'empiler les couches jusqu'à ce que la lumiere corresponde à votre attente. Tres bon produit, realisation familiale. Je le recommande.

Volle 5 Sterne, ein tolles Produkt! Lässt sich super zuschneiden und aufkleben! Unsere Wandleuchten waren Abends viel zu hell! Wollten uns schon dimmbare Wandleuchten kaufen und bin dann auf der Suche auf dieses Produkt gestoßen! Es wurde bisher nur ein Streifen aufgeklebt und der Unterschied ist schon deutlich erkennbar! Wenn es Abends noch zu hell ist, werden wir noch einen zweiten Streifen aufkleben. Geliefert wurde auch schneller als zugesagt! Danke!

We used this product on outdoor patio lights. They are LED lights and had an awful glare off them. I didn’t have high hopes but the difference is brilliant.

This product worked exactly as it was advertised. I had downlights in 2 kitchen cabinets that were a bright, cold white, and it was not possible to replace them with warm white lights as they are specialty lights provided by the cabinet maker. I scoured the internet trying to find a solution, and came across this product.I am so happy to report that I now have beautiful warm white lights in my cabinets. The product is perfect!
