I thought there would be more branches and hat they would be more sturdy. The top branches look separated from the bottom branches so when its dark and the lights are on, it looks like its missing some branches in the empty space. You can't hang much on them as they are too flimsy. I have very lightweight ornaments on it and it really weights the branches down. I do have some heavier ornaments that I did not hang on this tree because I knew it wouldn't support the weight. I also can't use the remote that comes with it as it is next to the plug instead of at the tree. So if you are like me, you try to keep the cords hidden.

I’m disabled so helping out with the holiday decorations is difficult for me. I seen several ways to display them but I wanted to continue to have mine out after the holidays . So I decided to leave mine out after I take down the Christmas tree. They look beautiful. The small one will be slightly in front of the other. I’ll keep them up until spring.Very easy to assemble. Lights work on electricity so batteries going dead will not be a problem..

The tree was so easy to assemble. I’m not quite sure if the remote works perfectly or not but wow! It’s beautiful. The tree is tall, looks clean - so bright. Going to leave it on front porch for all the holidays. It’s gorgeous! Great price.

I absolutely love this twig tree. It took me 5 minutes to put the tree together and light it. It is beautiful 😍I really like the remote makes it so easy to change functions. I cant wait to decorate it with some beautiful decorations, i think I will bling it out because I love crystals 😃. I love it so much im ordering another one for my foyer. This tree is just gorgeous 😍

I ordered four of these, and all of trees worked while all of the remotes don't - but that's not a big deal for us because there's a button on the plug to change the mode. We absolutely love the cool white lights and the slow transition. The only problem we had (with all four) was assembling the base. The clip didn't fit into the hole it's supposed to snap into, but we were able to melt the plastic to adjust the clip to where it CAN fit. So just a little extra work.

I wanted to love this tree, but sadly the pieces didn't fit together at all, even by force! As you can see, I'm stuck with these big gaps between them. The remote doesn't work at all, not even basic functions, just completely dead or non functioning. UPDATE: The customer service is excellent. They offered me a refund for the defective tree. Very nice of them to do.

I don’t hate this, but I’d have preferred something else! First off, it was “prime” and it still took over a week to ship.Secondly, the base is garbage. Cheap, ugly plastic. I wanted this for inside so the base is visible. Now I need to find something to cover the base because it really is ugly. It also- just like everyone has said- was so poorly made you could barely get it together! I had to shave part of the inside pieces and hit it with a hammer to get the pieces to line up to slide together.Thirdly, mine came with no manual, not sure if there is one- but I have no way of figuring out what the 9+ settings are. This was also clearly a returned product (probably because they couldn’t get the base together), and clearly the shipper spent no time getting it back together in a box. Things were just thrown in there, twist ties were but not holding anything etc.Lastly, the plug is where the sensor is for the remote so unless you have this long, bulky, ugly cord out and visible, you can’t change the settings or use the remote.Overall it’s pretty awful quality but pretty inexpensive. So I will keep it and buy things to spruce it up.
