I absolutely love it. It lays flat, stuff doesn't stick to it, it washes easily, folds up to store in a drawer and doesn't suffer from being folded.

I have always wanted one of these to roll out dough and this one works well. I would recommend as it is easy to clean and rolls up nicely for storage.

This mat is so great for rolling dough and pie crusts. You can even use a cookie cutter on this and the cookies don't stick with the use of a little bit of flour. Has rings so you can gauge your size for crusts. Sticks to your counter top and doesn't slide around. I love these mats.

I love this mat. It is perfect for baking. It cleans up easily and stays put on the counter. Easy to store I just roll it around my rolling pin and put it in the drawer. This is my second one, I cut the other one when I used a knife to cut my dough in half. I would recommend. Good price too.

Excellent quality for the money. It sticks to the counter doesn’t move. It’s very thick. It’s very simple to clean and dry. Great product good size.

I wanted a mat for making sourdough bread and found this one. I used it to roll out and shape my sourdough dough (quite sticky) and it was fantastic. The dough doesn't stick when you need to knead with just a tiny amount of flour. The size is perfect. I roll or fold it and put it in a plastic bag to store it. Excellent mat.

Purchased after reading favourable reviews in particular for bread making. After 2 weeks of daily use I Wasted my money, it does peel back for me when kneading and for me t least was more of hindrance than help in shaping. I’ll use it for a bin liner.
