I’ve been trying to figure out how to add my housekeeper and had trouble figuring it out.I contacted LinkStyle and their customer service was fabulous. We are up and running now.The lock box is sturdy. Once you have your users added to the account, adding their thumb print and passcodes are simple.I love the alerts that I get whenever someone opens the box. It lets me keep track of when my home health aides and housekeeper are arriving for work.

Works just as advertised. Product feels and looks very premium.My cons would be that the latch is a bit short and they require at least 8 digit code for opening the lock.

This lockbox has been good. We use it remotely quite a bit which is nice. We have been looking for a remote lock box for a while. Setup is a little bit of a hassle and I ended up watching a YouTube video, but it was worth it and it works well. Lots of different settings and access abilities with it.

I’ve been searching for a reliable key lock box that I can manage remotely, and I’ve finally found the perfect solution.Everything works just as advertised - temporary codes, remote access, fingerprint recognition, dare i say so far so good no issues at all.One thing to note, though: during the setup, I ran into some trouble, but their tech support jumped right in like superman to the rescue lol. I learned that when setting up the lockbox with the Wi-Fi hub, the devices need to be close to each other for pairing. After they’re paired, you can move the box away from the hub with no problems (15 to 30 feet is recommended). Since then, everything has been working perfectly.Feels really heavy,sturdy and secure, I would say my clumsy self has dropped it a few times, and it held its own without a fuss.Overall, this has definitely been one of my smarter tech purchases this year.

It is a very technically advanced device but easy to set up and with many possible alternative way to operate , It loses half a star as the latch on yhe rain cover is poor and is continally falling open

We went through the trouble of installing a new outlet to connect the hub near the lockbox and to this day we've only been able to get remote access once. The problem is the bluetooth range, it's pathetic. If you are more than 3ft away don't even bother. The hub connects to the wifi perfectly while the bluetooth connectivity is non-existant. If you are looking to access the lockbox remotely look elsewhere.The installation instructions are unclear, and have multiple versions with conflicting information.
