Midwest has great Customer Service -- problem is with Lippert who shipped product directly and their inadequate packaging. Outside box was great - proper size and heavy duty. Problem was absolutely no inside packaging to protect the brake assembly from banging around in box. This allowed the Assy to bang around in box damaging the brake shoe, knocking components out of place and damaging the self adj mechanism. Will order a replacement - just wishing I could speak to lippert about simply adding some bubble wrap or paper stuffing.
