The awning is fine but it is the roller tube and fabric only. You also need a set of $850 arms, with all the hardware. They should be more clear in the listing.

Did not come with the extra header for the light strip but says it does. 20’ solid black. It is very heavy duty and well made. I noticed after the fact a lot of reviews said the same thing, beware.

I ordered the 20’ and it did not have the light strip as advertised just a plain black canopy on roller.

This awning is not sold as statedIt is stated that this awning is sold as a assembly and does not come with anything more than the awning cover and the roller it rolls up onIt also states that there is a additional slot to mount the light kit but is not therevery poor explanation of product

What a great deal, fabric was already on the roller, this was installed on an electric awning so I just pulled the screw out of each side and took the old one off and installed the new one by myself. I built a ladder system the same height and slid the new awning on, took about 2 hours doing this by myself.

We thought it would at least have the spring inside for that price. We still have to get the spring and lock mechanism so it’s not up yet.

This has been hell getting the awning. 1st awning received right number wrong awning size. Ne on comes right size, yay. After installing the awning I noticed there is no place in fabric for me to slide in my led light strip. I included a picture showing it comes with it.
