Not for parakeet as advertised, unsafe toy for smaller birds and maybe for larger ones also. It looks great but the knotted material is on a bare wire and can result in injury.

I have a small, little parrotlet with a huge personality. This is the second wreath I've bought for him. He loves it and prefers to sleep inside the wreath. Being quite a chewer and general destroyer of everything, the old wreath bit the dust. He's very happy to have a new one!

This birdie wreath is really well-constructed - tough, tight knotting all around. Some cheap rings are loosely or sparsely filled, but this one is very bushy and full. The colors are bright, too. My birds immediately used it the first night.

My birds fight for position on this swing at night. Frequently, one is on top and one is inside the ring. I thought it might be a problem cleaning, but the birds keep it groomed, so it involves less washing, then I had originally imagined. Definitely a winner!

The ring is a nice size for a conure. I would have preferred just a couple inches smaller in diameter though. My Sun Conures seem to be content with it. What the ring could have used, (as their old one did), was pieces of felt, or a thicker material to make the ring more full. Smaller rings like their old one I have not been able to find. This one will have to do until I find one like their old one.

Not bad toy. If you have a single birdcage it takes up way to much space. So if you got a big cage should work well
