High quality colorful felt. This weather set provides an array of teaching opportunities. I Iike that it has seasonal clothing pieces included for the dog. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it with preschool age children.

Every day we dress "Wally" according to the current weather, then have her place the appropriate weather images--sun, clouds, wind, etc.--on the flannel board with Wally. As she matures we'll add weather for yesterday, today, and a forecast for tomorrow. A great weather learning tool for little ones.

I use a felt board purchased from Amazon. These pieces continually fall off of the board.. I do love the bright colors and many weather options to choose from and Wally the dog is adorable.

We are having so much fun with this! Adorable character. Good color and variety. It doesn't stick super well, but as long as you don't knock it around, it works fine.
