Compared with semi-metal brake pads, sintered metal brake pads have more stable friction performance and are more resistant to high temperatures. And it has good resistance to heat and water decay, minimal wear, and the friction material is soft and does not damage the disk.

Friction Material

I put them on my '02 Hayabusa. I've put 1,300 miles on them so far. They work well at both high speed & in stop-n-go traffic. It was my 1st time doing it, so it took me 2 hours to figure it out & replace both front & rear pads.

Installed these with new rotors on a 2007 gsx1300r. Fitment was good. The bike stops better than it did before, but don't expect too much on a heavy bike. Overall, they didn't break the bank, and they work as advertised. Will probably purchase again when needed.
