Had to replace the cleat that came with a new shoe (that didn't fit my pedals). These work great with the LOOK Keo. They have some adjustability in the cant of the shoe (that's the 4.5 degree part). Simple install, like most. Only thing to be careful of is that they are pretty slippery on smooth floors. I had another pair that I ended up walking like a mile or 2 in after getting a flat and they were still usable, so they have some durability.

Clips are as expected, screws are a joke. Too short and not a hex head. Had to use old ones.
