Note:

This charger has a unique 0.31" mini 3-prong connector that is significantly smaller in diameter than the standard 3-prong connector used on most other electric scooters. This design aims to prevent using non-Li-ion chargers to charge Li-ion systems and vice versa.

This battery charger is to be used for charging Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery packs only. Use with any other battery types will damage your batteries.

Approximately 42 volts are required to charge a 36 volt battery system. Some chargers for a 36 volt system may be marked or designated as 42 volt. This is the correct replacement charger whether your old charger is marked as a 36 volt or as a 42 volt.

For indoor use only, do not expose to liquid, vapor or rain.

Potential Reasons Why the Charger Doesn't Work

1.Incompatible Connector Size/Voltage/Battery Type

The charger may not fit your device due to mismatched specifications. Please share your device's brand and model so we can verify compatibility.
Example: Chargers with 0.31" mini connectors often fail to connect to devices requiring 0.47" standard ports.

2. Battery Degradation

Batteries have a limited lifespan. If used for over 12 months or left inactive for 2-3 months, they may become unresponsive.
Signs: The charger LED turns green (indicating no charge flow) when connected to a dead battery.
Troubleshooting: Test the charger with another device or check the battery with a different charger.

3. Defective Charger

If the charger is confirmed to be faulty (e.g., physical damage or unstable voltage output), tell us immediately for a replacement.

Battery Maintenance Tips

1. Storage & Long-Term Care.

Charge to 50%-70%: Before storing your device long-term, keep the battery at 50%-70% charge to minimize capacity loss and damage risks.
Cool, Dry Environment: Store in a temperature-controlled area (15–25°C) away from moisture or direct sunlight.
Regularly Activate the Battery: Even if not in regular use, recharge it to 50%-70% every 2-3 months to prevent failure due to prolonged dormancy

2. Charging Best Practices.

Avoid Overcharging: Unplug the charger once fully charged, even if the device has built-in overcharge protection.
Prevent Deep Discharge: Recharge when battery drops below 20% to avoid irreversible damage

3. Hardware Maintenance.

Clean Charging Port: Regularly remove dust/debris from the port with a dry cloth or air blower to ensure proper connectivity.
Check for Damage: Inspect the charging cable and port for wear or deformation; replace faulty components immediately.
