I'm 6 foot, 178 lbs and ordered (Med) If you're like me, you have many shorts you love, but wish they were a little longer. These are the solution! They reach just above my knee cap, which I love. Well crafted material. You feel the compression throughout, but not to the point of feeling constricted. Well made, nice design that doesn't look cheap. The padding isn't as bulky as other shorts, but definitely supportive. Bought both colors and these are the shorts I use especially for metric-century or longer rides. Well worth the purchase IMO. I which they had them in more colors!
