I installed two of these, one in a short hallway leading to a bedroom or office. Easy to install. They are about 20 feet from each other and not in line of sight. However if I use a remote to change any setting on one of them, the other one changes too. The only way I have found to individualize the settings is to shut one off with the wall power switch, set up the other one. Then shut off the other one with the wall power switch and then set up the first one. A bit of a pain.

Light is pretty bright and good dimming options.Wont circulate a lot of air for in medium size room.Fan speed is good for small office or low ceilings in kids room.A lil wobbly on fan speed more than 3 or above.

This light was a great upgrade from an old paddle ceiling fan. Quiet and soothing to sleep with it on. Easy to install and the price was ideal.

I love these lights/fans. Two smaller bedrooms with 8ft ceilings needed ceiling lights and fans and these fit the bill completely. Light is very bright at highest setting and fan works great. Fan is very quiet, only noticeable at speeds 4-6. Purchased in white. We had these professionally installed with bracing and wiring above the ceiling so can't speak to the ease of installation. Hope they last a long time, they are perfect for what we needed.

We have bunk beds and this fan gives fantastic air circulation without being dangerous. It also gives great, bright light. We used the provided remote holder to fasten the remote to the wall so it doesn’t get lost.

I installed this today so this review isn't a long-term take. It's in a larger room so I was prioritizing brightness when I selected it, and this little unit did not disappoint.1. Installation: SO simple. This unit is very lightweight and without the 42"/52" blades of a conventional ceiling fan there's literally nothing to assemble. Connect the ceiling mount to your junction box, hang the fan from the S-hook, attach the wires, then attach the fan to the mount. Took me about 30 minutes. The remote needs 2 AAA batteries and I had to pair mine to the fan, but that was literally pressing a button for 5 seconds.2. Lighting: Super bright, but its dimmable in case you don't want a mini sun in your room. Changeable color temp and brightness. The dimmest setting is not very low though, so if you're looking for mood lighting plan on using some candles instead.3. Fan: 6 speeds; 1-3 are silent, 4 is barely audible, 5-6 are noticeable but still a not-unpleasant white noise in the background. This little fan moves more air than I expected, but physics is physics so don't expect it to match what the highest speed on your old 42"/52" ceiling fan can do. If you were satisifed with the medium fan setting on the conventional 5-blade ceiling fans you'll be satisifed with this little fan.4. Misc: It hugs the ceiling much closer than conventional fans that have the light fixture below the fan blades. IMHO that's a huge plus if you've got 8' ceilings; this fan doesn't make the room size feel constricted like conventional lighted fans. There are no pull chains; control is via the included remote (bring your own batteries) or a downloadable app.Unless you need to move a LOT of air with your ceiling fan, this one will suit your needs.

These lights are truly remarkable. We've received numerous compliments and have purchased three, each in a different style. The low profile is ideal for average ceiling heights, and the built-in fan is exceptional; it offers the power of a large, bulky fan without the visual obstruction or significant space requirement. It features six fan settings and three lighting options: golden yellow, bright blue, and a very bright white, all with a convenient dimmer.
