Was charged out of the box, no issues to speak of as yet. Physically compared to original dead Dell battery and quality looks the same. Thought it was a good buy.

Fit my Dell E5540 just like the original and now I have good battery life again. Price seems reasonable. Delivery was quick.

The battery worked great initially but died at 4 months. I have been messaging this seller back and forth to claim on the advertised 12 month warranty but they have been giving me the run around. I've purchased batteries from other vendors on Amazon and have never had this problem before. Don't trust these reviews, avoid this seller at all costs

I must admit that I had help from my daughter in ordering the correct battery to fit my laptop, who's factory installed battery had reached the end of it's life. This battery not only fit but was less bulky. It had a good amount of charge already present. It reached a full charge quickly and so far it holds a great charge. I work from home on my laptop at times effortless with this new battery. I love it!

Last week I was at a client site and the battery on my dell laptop died, I struggled and was losing all my work whenever I got up and unplugged to got to a meeting. After checking out other options, I decided to give these a try. The Battery was promptly delivered before I returned from my business trip. Popped it in and was happy to able to turn on my laptop unplugged. I charged it overnight and battery life was as good as the Original battery that came with my Dell E5440.
