I needed a 5.3 LS harmonic balancer puller. I read all the reviews for these and the 3 jaw style harmonic balancer puller. I looked all over for either. I bought this one based on ease of usage and price. This one twists into the balancer and as such, it requires a lot less room to use. I recieved a heafty looking puller that looks identical to the higher priced ones. Hardest part was removing the crank bolt. I lubricated the threads with oil (very important don't forget to lubricate) and with an impact wrench, it pulled the balancer right off. I would buy it again.

It's a big, heavy Chinese tool with less than stellar machining quality, but it pulled the balancer right off.

Needed to pull the pulley/harmonic balancer off a Chevrolet Caprice PPV, none of the conventional three jaw pullers would work, wasted more time trying to make those work than it would have been just to buy this from the outset. Took me about 30 seconds to pull the balancer off and tons more room in front of the radiator with this. 100% worth it, good quality tool.
