The sled itself is fine and what I expected, but the way it was shipped was not. It arrived with no box, no shrink wrap, nothing but shipping labels slapped onto it. Fortunately, it was not damaged in transit but it had to be wiped down and cleaned up since it had gotten dirty during its trip to our address. To add insult to injury, the delivery person left it on top of one of our shrub bushes near the mailbox. This is no way to ship an item like this which could easily have been damaged in transit.

We live in NYC, and this sled is all over the local park hills when it snows ... for good reason. The size is perfect for stashing in a closet / under the bed, yet it's ample enough for two kids to barrel down a hill with reasonable comfort. The plastic is thick ... I believe it will last several seasons of hard play. Very happy with the purchase!

It was perfect for the only occasion we were planning to use it for. Plastic broke a little however, I’ll be able to use it a few more times before it’s all gone.Used by an adult and toddler. Damage was done when it was being used by an adult (200lb male). Will hold up with kids better.

This sled is VERY small. A four year old fits it just fine, but wouldn’t work much beyond that. It is easy for him to tug up a hill on his own.

Our 1.5 year old had a blast! It didn’t come with a rope but we had some on hand. It worked decently for my husband and I the few times we used it down the hill. We understood this is a child size sled so no disappointment from us that it didn’t work perfectly for our size. On the other hand it is perfect for our toddler and it seems like it will last many years to come when we go on vacations to the snow. I was actually surprised at how durable and well made it was for the price.

Went up tot he mountains with two kids (2 yrs & 8 yrs) and used this sled every day. It is lightweight which is a plus for small kids to pull it in the snow but even with both kids in at the same time it was sturdy. It was super slippery on the snow, faster than the other sleds we were using. The rope in front is a good length for pulling passengers or for kids pulling it uphill. The sled tracks straight due to the three "fins" along the bottom, preventing it from sliding sideways and helping keep control. I would not recommend it for adults given it might be a little thin for anyone over 90-100 lbs. going over hard bumps, but that is a complete guess.

Bought two of these (red and green) for my 4 year old son and 6 year old daughter. When opening the box, they looked small, but once their bodies were in them, they fit perfectly. They are light enough for even my 6 year old daughter to carry up a hill with no difficulties. The kids love them. They seem very durable, but they are just plastic. They slide great and go as fast. All expectations were met. If these were ever lost or stolen (I doubt they'll ever break) I would buy these again.
