The cart came with box almost opened on one side. The plastic around the cart looks like melted at the joint. One side of the cart was dented. The blue top on the surface of the cart was scratched and damaged quite a bit in one corner. I would have returned it if the cart is not too big and heavy to take it to the ups store to return. It was not difficult to assemble, but it is a bit difficult to fold when there is nothing on the cart, have to push harder.

Disliked like the item. Disappointed with the small wheels And platform. I have another from a different company and yours is not a superior item.Sorry.

I am only 5-5 and the handle is too short for me. I also wish all 4 wheels pivoted. Other than that, it is as described and folds nicely.

Cart is easy to assemble and use. It is sturdy and maneuvers great. The only downside is that it is a little too small, which is my fault I didn't focus on the dimensions. Overall great product.

Holds heavy awkward things you can't handle by yourself. Great for apartment dwellers. Good value. Wish I had gotten one before.

It came just in time for my move and worked great. I would have liked it to be a little larger but that's ok. Also, I didn't know that harbor freight has these in stock and $10 cheaper and larger. (The one in my area anyway)
