I recently tried out the Lukar 4PCS Metal Manure Fork Head and I have to say, it's been a total game changer for cleaning out my horses stalls! After years of using those flimsy plastic pitchforks, I can confidently say that these metal fork heads are SO much easier to use and much more reliable.First off, the 18 tines are perfectly spaced, allowing me to pick up manure, hay, and grass much more efficiently. The metal construction feels incredibly sturdy—no more worrying about broken or bent spokes that can happen with plastic ones. I can really feel the difference when I'm scooping and scraping, as these tines don’t bend or snap under pressure like plastic ones do. It’s a huge relief to not have to replace a fork halfway through mucking out the stall! The durability of these metal fork heads is one of the main reasons I appreciate them so much. After using plastic forks for a while, the frequent breakage became frustrating, and the replacement costs added up. With the Lukar Manure Fork, I’m not only saving money but also time. The metal is strong enough to handle tougher jobs without losing its shape or integrity, which makes cleaning the stall so much quicker and easier.Additionally, the pack of 4 heads means I have replacements on hand whenever I need them, which is awesome. I can switch them out as needed without worrying about running out or finding a replacement. The black finish also adds a sleek, professional look, and I don't mind leaving them out in the barn—they don’t rust or wear down like I expected.Overall, I am so glad I made the switch to this Metal Manure Fork Head. It's not just a time-saver, but a real improvement in the ease and efficiency of stall cleaning. If you’re tired of the constant hassle of broken plastic pitchforks, I highly recommend giving these a try—you’ll definitely appreciate the sturdiness and reliability they bring!

So, these are metal, and they are significantly heavier than any standard manure fork head. They are also much smaller in size, and they are very shallow. I attempted to use this fork head to clear ice out of a water tank (we don't have water heaters for large stock tanks), and the fork is too heavy, too shallow, and too cumbersome to deal with. Next, I used one of these fork heads for manure clean up, and again, it is just too heavy, and it doesn't pick up very much in one scoop. Therefore, I have decided that this particular fork head is really only good for raking the ground. Also, since the standard plastic manure forks tend to be too weak for aggressive raking, I think this metal one is an added tool that I can use along with my traditional manure fork. All that said, you need to be mindful of using a narrower handle for this metal one and possibly re-drilling to get the holes to line up. And finally, I deducted a couple of stars because this metal manure and hay fork doesn't really work as advertised. It is inexpensive, though, at roughly $16.50 per manure rake head, and it does "rake" the ground effortlessly (dirt, shavings, and debris) because it is sooo heavy, like a typical yard rake. However, it isn't great at scooping up manure out of the dirt or shavings because the basket is too small, too shallow, and too heavy. I would advise people compare the measurements of this metal fork to a standard plastic basket fork.

These "muck" rakes come in a set of (4). they fit on the old wooden handles of the old "plastic" rakes that tend to break easily when it gets cold outside. The rakes are metal and very sturdy... even in very cold weather. They are a big improvement over the plastic rakes. They are not too heavy for everyday use and do a very good job of picking up manure out of straw, etc.

I haven't been using mine for very long because it took me a while to have a compatible wooden fork handle delivered, but the fork fit the handle well and is holding up great so far. I was worried about the spacing of the tines but they're spaced about the same width (maybe a little smaller) as my old plastic head manure fork. Will update my review if the head fails or develops an issue!

From the get go the rake showed great strength and durability never once did it fail bend or change shape. Picks up a lot and doesn't just stream through them. So I'd say for anyone looking for a good rake this one here will be a great addition.
