I truly have a love hate relationship with this thing. Which is why it has 3 stars. It comes with the band which is GREAT to help keep in place, but I’m not able to use it because I have a really wide chair. But to be honest, I haven’t had issues with it moving around. I have a bad back (BUT I’m also pregnant) so everything is off. I really do like how it has to midpoint support, but it hasn’t been comfortable in my current position. I have found this to actually be more comfortable completely flipped around. I am using it daily for my WFH position, so it’s proven to be helpful and a lot more support than just the pillow I was using previously. It’s proven to help with my back pain even if I don’t use it the way it was meant to for now.

If you want a firm lumbar pillow, this is a good one. The pillow supports all along the small of your back, curving into you. It's quite firm, though. Almost hard, imho.I used it in my lounge chair and in my car. It's way too firm for me, but I've used a lot of lumbar pillows and I can tell this is a well-designed and quite supportive one. I also like the detachable strap. That's a nice touch that you can remove the thing and get it out of the way if you don't want to use it.Recommended for FIRM support, if that's what you want. I like something softer.

This lumber support is great!! I got this for my recliner. And now I'll probably get one for my car. I'm baffled why seats are made with a concave shape. I'm trying to improve my posture, which includes time sitting in a chair, and this lumber support allows me to sit with back support, but sit straighter and keep my head and shoulders back. It fits my chair perfectly, it's the right length and height (I'm 5'2" and my recliner in on the smaller side). It's well made with a durable netting fabric over a medium firm foam core, and the lumbar bump that pokes out is genius. There is a zipper along one edge to enable you to remove and wash the fabric cover. I really appreciate the wide adjustable and detachable elastic strap with the carabiner-type hooks. I only wish the loops (for attaching the hooks) were situated toward the upper edge of the bolster. With the hooks affixed midway along the height of the bolster, it flops forward. So every time I take a seat, I have to adjust it. That said, this is a huge improvement over the pillow I was using, making this bolster a good investment!

This item provides great lumbar support and helps my back shaped in a straight way.I am using this while driving and it helps my posture stay upright.At first, it's weird because you feel like you have to bend like you used to, but this makes you keep straight.For the beginning couple of days, my back hurt a bit and I thought I was doing it wrong, but after a few days, the pain went away and I found myself not struggling too much to keep a straight posture as before. I think the pain was just myself getting used to the new muscles and posture.This item is firm so I does give you strong support, but it's also soft so there is no pain or a feeling that something is poking you. I am considering buying another for my chairs and home and work.The straps also help this to keep it in place, but since the car seats are too wide, the straps doesn't extend that far. But nevertheless, it's not primarily for the car, so no grudges there.Overall, I recommend this product.

This lumbar support cushion was shrink wrapped but did not come with the bag or the strap. The cushion is just okay in my opinion and obviously doesn't stay in place without having the strap. Disappointed.

Good thick cushioning! My husband constantly complains about lower back pain so this has been a great support and the center pressure point budge feels great against your back!

This provides a decent amount of support. The foam is not too hard or soft and feels good on my back when I relax into it. Unfortunately my office chair is not a full back so this pillow falls a bit when not in use and when I sit down I have to adjust it every time. I don't mind it too much since I mostly stand at my desk, but that extra time to adjust each time is a small hassle.
