I love this pillow! I’ve had it for just over a week and it is doing wonders for my back pain. You can heat it or cool it depending on what you prefer at the time.It’s made of a nice foam material that is just the right firmness, no pillowcase or anything is required. You can just wipe it off if needed.

The cooling is nice and cold with out even putting into the freezer. I use it for Pain relief on my back. Not to thick just right. Great value.the size is perfect for my recliner.

I have back problems and I'm happy I got this. My lower back gives me fits and this gives me relief. For anyone with back problems especially lower back, this is worth getting. I haven't tried heating it up but I prefer a cold compress when it comes to my back and my head. It came well packaged and is very well made
