These are so freaking cute, and they make me smile every time I drive. They do glow in the dark; I just didn't notice at first because they need sunlight to "charge" and you have to be in a dark enough place to then see them glow.I left off a star just because the little sticker backs were so hard to peel off. It took forever.

Ordered them for my car dashboard. They are cute but do not glow as the description mentions. I left my car in the light in case they are solar powered or something. But no glow. I was really looking forward to see them glow while driving at night.
